Oil sealed rotary Screw Vacuum Pump

A pump formed by two or three screws meshing together is referred to as a screw compressor pump. Among all types of pumps, the screw air compressor pump appeared relatively late. It utilizes one or multiple intermeshing spaces created by two screws to achieve the effect of conveying liquids, hence it is called a screw pump. The vacuum compressor pump works by using the rotation of the screws to suction and discharge liquids. Due to the mutual meshing of the screws and the tight fit between the screws and the inner wall of the liner, one or more sealed spaces are formed between the inlet and outlet of the screw pump. As the screws rotate and mesh, these sealed spaces continuously form at the suction end of the screw pump, sealing the liquid from the suction chamber within them, and then continuously pushing the sealed liquid along the axis of the screw to the discharge end. This process is akin to a nut being continuously advanced forward as the threads rotate. In the case of a stainless steel single-screw pump, when it operates, the liquid enters the sealed space enclosed by the threads and the pump housing. When the driving screw rotates, the sealed volume of the screw pump increases pressure under the squeezing action of the threads and moves axially. Because the screws rotate at a constant speed, the outflow of liquid is also uniform.
