Oil sealed rotary Screw Vacuum Pump

The "engine" of any central vacuum system is the vacuum compressor pump. To cope with the constantly changing vacuum demands in production processes, screw air compressor pump often start and stop frequently, which not only increases the probability of failure but also leads to energy waste. To address this, V&T has introduced permanent magnet variable frequency drive technology. By using feedback from inlet pressure sensors, a computer controller analyzes trends in pressure fluctuations and other operating parameters, providing speed control instructions to the inverter for rapid response and precise maintenance of inlet vacuum pressure. This ensures that the pumping speed and energy consumption of the vacuum pump match the actual needs of the user. Vacuum pumps equipped with permanent magnet variable frequency drive technology only provide the flow required by the system.

The VTV series of screw compressor pump is particularly suitable for applications such as plastics, glass, bottling, canning, wood processing, packaging, printing and papermaking, and meat packaging. The VTV series also offers models with higher water handling capacity for humid environments. The performance of the VTV series is significantly better than traditional fixed-frequency technologies, achieving an average energy savings of 50%.
