Oil-air separator

The Green Whirlwind series is adopted with excellent and outstanding oil-air separator. The accurate oil-air separating

element can effectively decrease the oil content of exhausted air in the compressor; capable of withstanding high pressure and high temperature and with high quality of painting, the oil tank of oil-air separator is beautiful and practical.

Cost-Effective Solution

The pressure sensor monitors the pressure at the exhaust port and sends the signal to the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). Based on the sensor's readings, the PLC modulates the inverter's output power, decreasing the frequency when pressure is high and increasing it when pressure is low to maintain steady pressure. This ensures a constant-pressure air supply. The system dynamically adjusts production to match demand: increasing output during periods of higher demand, reducing it when demand is lower, and halting production entirely when there is no demand. It also initiates soft start for gas production as soon as any demand is detected. This approach effectively eliminates energy waste from unnecessary operation.
Intelligent PID Function
