An oil free scroll pump primarily consists of a stationary scroll and an orbiting scroll. When the orbiting scroll rotates eccentrically relative to the stationary scroll, a crescent-shaped cavity forms between them. As the orbiting scroll continues to rotate, this crescent-shaped cavity progressively compresses the gas inward and ultimately expels the gas through the exhaust port. This structure allows the oil free Scroll Vacuum Pump to operate continuously through the processes of suction, compression, and exhaust, completing one cycle with each revolution.
